Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Duvnok website and all of its sub-pages in Arabic and English. By using the site or submitting your details through any form on it, you agree to the practices described here.

Data we collect

Data you provide: first name, last name, email address and phone number — the fields in the registration form.

Data collected automatically: your IP address and the country code derived from it, plus any campaign identifiers present in the URL you arrived through. The IP address is used to preselect your country in the phone field and to route your enquiry to the right team.

Local storage: the site temporarily holds your form data in browser storage (localStorage) between submission and the confirmation page, and caches market prices in a cookie for 24 hours to reduce request volume.

Basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest of operating the site and protecting it from automated abuse.

How we use data

To contact you about your account request, to verify identity where required, and to improve the content and service. We do not use your data to send marketing unrelated to your request without separate consent.

Sharing data

We share your data with the service providers that operate the site's technical infrastructure and our client management system, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We may disclose data where a court order or regulatory obligation requires it.

Retention

We retain contact data for the duration of our relationship with you and for no more than five years after your last interaction, unless a regulatory obligation requires longer.

Cookies

The site uses one functional cookie to cache market prices. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time without the site ceasing to work.

Information security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their work. No system is absolutely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

Cross-border transfer

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence. Where that happens, we take contractual steps to ensure a comparable level of protection.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page, and continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
