Acceptance of terms

By using the Duvnok website or submitting your details through it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be eighteen or older and legally capable of entering a contract. Duvnok does not direct its services to residents of jurisdictions where providing them requires prior authorisation the company does not hold.

Nature of the service

This site presents a trading platform built on automated systems. The content published here is general information only. It does not constitute investment, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or solicitation to subscribe to any financial instrument. You alone are responsible for your decisions.

Risk

Trading digital assets and contracts for difference carries a high degree of risk. You may lose your entire capital, and on some instruments losses can exceed the amount deposited.

Past performance, including any figures shown on this site, does not guarantee future results. Automated systems improve discipline and execution speed but do not remove market volatility or prevent loss.

Do not deposit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely, and seek independent advice if the risks are not clear to you.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Fees and costs

The commissions and spreads applied to each instrument are shown before you confirm an order. Payment providers and banks may apply their own separate fees. The minimum first deposit is $250.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, use automated tools to harvest content, provide false identity information, or use the service on another party's behalf without authorisation.

Intellectual property

All elements of this site — text, design, logos and code — are owned by or licensed to Duvnok. They may not be copied or republished without prior written permission.

Limits of liability

Duvnok is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from trading decisions you have made, from service interruption, or from errors in data supplied by third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service where these terms are breached or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, with notice to you unless the law prevents notification.

Changes to terms

We may amend these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page, and continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
